Ideal finca with good beaches at walking distance (900m) Recently renewed for holiday rentals. It consists of 4 double bedrooms, complete kitchen and bathroom, outer and inner sitting-tables, pool and billiard, surrounded by 3500sq m of garden.
Son Rapinya is a nice finca close to the beach and the Drach Caves, where you can get in just a 5 minutes walk. The finca is completely fenced, with a garden of 3500sqm and a house of 258sqm divided in two floors. On the ground floor you will find a typical Majorcan hall, with a sandstone arch that gives way to the living-room and outer porch with billiard table and dartboard. On this floor you will also find 3 double bedrooms, all of them with windows. One of the bedrooms has a bed of 1’50×1’80m, the other one is 1’05×1’80cm and the third bedroom has 2 beds of 90×1’90cm. The living-room has a sofa and relax armchairs, Tv with Astra Satellite and DVD. Next to the living-room area, you will find a complete bathroom with bathtub and bidet. On this ground there is also a complete kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster… and a laundry room with washing-machine, iron and iron table. On the first floor you will find a wide bedroom with living-room and bathroom of 77sqm. The bed is 1’80x2m and there is also 2 sofa beds for 2 people. In this living-room you will find a TV and an Audio Hi Fi System. There is also a terrace with great views to the campsite.
The outer space is really welcoming, surrounded by a garden, palm trees, flowers… You can relax either at the chill-out on the front facade or the hammocks on the back of the house, next to the pool or under a tree. The pool is 5’5×5’5m and it is above-ground, with a stainless steel stair. Next to it, you will find some parasols and hammocks, as well as an outer dining-table, a BBQ and an outdoor shower. All in all, this finca has been made to enjoy your holiday time, with no need to worry about kids falling into the pool or having to drive to get to the beaches. There is capacity for 6 adults plus two children. For more than 6 people, 17€ will be added per night and person.

Wir haben bereits einige Unterkünfte in der Gegend gemietet. Bel's war bisher mit Abstand das Beste. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und der Garten sowie das Haus sind wirklich toll und bieten viel Spaß für Kinder und Erwachsene. Thanks for everything Bel. It was great!

We absolutely loved our stay and would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone. We stayed with 6 adults and 2 children and it was the perfect size. The garden is amazing and very big, and the pool was perfect for making sure that our kids couldn't just fall in. The only thing we noticed was that there was no grass there unlike on the photos. It may have been due to the time of year we went as it was the end of summer, but it wasn't an issue for us anyways. The location is top, a short walk to bars and restaurants and a playground as well as the beach. Communication was also great Bel was always on hand with any queries and small issues we had (nothing major, was fixed inmediately). We also got provided a cot and 2 high chairs which was really helpful. Thanks, we will hopefully come back!

After our plane arrived three hours late in Mallorca, it was a pleasure to arrive at the beautiful grounds. The garden is just gorgeous! An original Mallorcan house, nicely modernised, with plenty of seating areas and opportunities to retreat. Upstairs on the roof terrace we loved the sunset in the evening! We were on site with five adults and a small child, so the pool on the stand was perfect for us and in the evening we enjoyed playing pool and darts. Thank you Bel for having our package collected before we arrived! We will definitely be back! We will definitely be back with the family in 2 or 3 years! Best regards, Brigitte.

The house is great. Bel is a very warm host and always available. The house was just as described. We immediately felt at home. I should still mention the magnificent pool table, in the description. 😀👍🏻 We had a great time and didn't want to go home! We will be back!!! ❤️

From the first minute we felt at home on the farm. Everything was carefully prepared, for example, there was fresh fruit, cold beer and a bottle of wine. The kitchen equipment was absolutely sufficient for us 5 people. We really liked the child-proof pool, as our 2-year-old daughter could always move freely without us having to worry about anything. The location of the farm was perfect for us, as on the one hand we had our peace and privacy, on the other hand we could be in the village or on the beach quickly on foot. The most beautiful coves on the island can be reached by car in a very short time. For us it was an excellent holiday.

Well, what a wonderful place. it exceeds the photos. Felt like the countryside, but minutes walk to the town and beaches. It was a great find for us, perfect for 2 couples with small children, plenty of safe space for them to run around. Bel and her team were fantastic, very helpful before and during our stay even with last minute hiccups on the day of arrival, they were very accommodating for a last minute change. The house is great and in a great location, easily walkable into town and close to the beach or the bus to go further afield. Porto Cristo is charming and has plenty to do for young families. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

The accommodation and location were lovely, a 10 minute walk from the marina and restaurants and about 15 from the main beach. We had rented cars and many beautiful beaches within a short drive. We requested additional fans and the owner delivered them early the next day. We had a lovely family gathering here and would recommend it to friends and family. BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!

Lovely house, just a short walk from Porto Cristo, the house had a lovely character, ideal for teenagers with the pool table and dart board, the pool was good, the gardens were lovely and Bel communicated throughout our stay, which I would recommend.

Lovely quiet area, but only a 10 minute walk from town. I spent 7 days with children and grandchildren. I loved the pool and the barbecue. A few minutes walk from the Drach caves. The local beach of Porto Cristo was the quietest of all the beaches we tried. Everything as in the photos I would return again.

Beautiful, spacious, traditional house, even better than in the photos. Large garden with trees and flowers, cared for with love. Our 3 year old son loved running around there. Perfect location for us in a quiet rural setting and 5-10 minutes walk from Porto Cristo with beach and restaurants. Bel was the best host.

The house was great. Beautiful gardens and plenty of space for 2 families to enjoy eating outside in the sun. It is located just a few steps from the most beautiful row of restaurants along the port of Porto Cristo and is located just a few steps from the beach. My daughter and her friend loved playing in the garden, the pool, and swinging.

We were on the farm at the end of March with four adults and two small children. It's just incredibly pretty and impressive. A huge garden where there is much to experience and the estate itself impresses with its Mallorcan style! Porto Cristo is just a few minutes walk away and the rest of the island is wonderful to explore by car. It will be a pleasure for us to return.

We spent a very pleasant few days here with two families and two small children. The house is very nice, the complex is quiet and very large, the beds were very comfortable and the communication was extremely reliable and friendly. At all times they helped us directly with questions or requests. Only the services are of higher quality in the photos. However, we can absolutely recommend the farm:)

There is only one word for this finca … magical! We were blown away from the moment the electric gate opened and we were greeted by Bel. The photos do not begin to do the property and the beautiful gardens justice, it’s just perfect. We arrived late, however we were still warmly welcomed and given a tour. An array of goodies was left to start our holiday off nicely. There was countless towels, fans, the kitchen was stocked well and everything you could ask for was provided. The upstairs room is like a private flat, with a reception area, lounge, huge bed, generous bathroom and it’s own fridge. The pool surpassed our expectations too. I was unsure how I felt about the raised pool, however we used it every single day as a family. The pool table was a welcome relief for my son to hide from the sun. We could happily have not left the villa, however we did venture out on a few occasions. The walk to the marina is a comfortable 8-10 minute walk down hill. Porto Cristo is small but beautiful formed, with a pretty cove, plenty of restaurants to choose from and 2 big supermarkets (Hiper and Eroski, which are a 20 minute walk/€6 taxi.) If you are considering booking this place, do it- you won’t regret it!

This was the perfect stay. The house is in a quiet location, but within easy walking distance of the town, the port and the beach area, which was perfect. The grounds are large, with so many interesting features, beautiful flowers, private, and absolutely perfect for a lively toddler. The house is very clean and spacious and there are plenty of cool, shady areas for the little ones to enjoy the outside when it's really hot! There is also a small supermarket just a couple of minutes walk where you can buy bread cakes water etc. every morning, which was very helpful. Bel was very responsive and friendly. We were very happy to have found this gem for our vacation and would love to visit again. Description and photos, all accurately. A perfect base to enjoy Porto Cristo.

The farm and the exchange are very well maintained. The pool is child proof. The farm is very spacious and not far from the center and the beach of Porto Cristo. In short, it was a wonderful stay.

We stayed in the house for a week in mid-May with our two small children, my mother and sister, and I enjoyed it very much. Huge house with a separate apartment on the top floor, large terrace and garden with shady areas, plenty of space for the little ones to run around, hammocks for the parents and and. In 3 minutes you can reach a small Spar for breakfast utensils and in 8 minutes you can reach ice cream parlors, cafeterias and restaurants in Porto Christo. The house itself is very quiet and green outside the city. Truly the perfect combination for traveling with friends or family groups. With pleasure again. Thank you for the amazing stay, Bel.

We stayed at Bel’s for 1 week. It was a perfect place to stay. Quiet surroundings, but everything that was needed was in walking distance. There was a short walk to the marina with a good selection of nice restaurants. We hired a car and travelled further afield but could have entertained ourselves without it. The villa was a good size for the 5 of us (kids 14,11,7), and the games area was well used, pool, darts, chess. It was all well maintained. I definitely recommend a stay there.

We were in this Finca for almost two weeks and we felt very comfortable from the first minute. Everything was as described, very clean, very pretty and very comfortable. As a welcome, there were already a few bottles of water and beer in the fridge, and a cake was also waiting for us. Bel was always available and responded to messages very quickly. When the dishwasher refused to work after three days, another device was already in the accommodation the next day. Above! We would go back on vacation there at any time. Absolute recommendation! We spent 3.5 weeks here in Sep/Oct with two children (a baby and a 2.5 year old), and it really is the perfect place ?? Amazing outside area with fence all around. The pool is above ground, which is not very attractive, but extremely handy when you have small children running around. The hosts were also amazing and helpful in so many ways ?? There is a small supermarket within walking distance, and further afield there are restaurants (lots of good ones!), playgrounds and a beautiful little sandy beach with the clearest water . We ended up not renting a car during our stay (except for a couple of days to explore the island) as we had everything we needed within walking distance :) We had family and friends visit, and there were a maximum of six adults and five children (from 0 to 4 years) without any space difficulty. We definitely have to go back! Although it's nice to be home, it's also weird because the Finca now feels a bit like home ♥️? Thank you for such amazing service as we enjoyed our stay in your amazing home!”

We felt totally comfortable in the beautiful finca and would love to come back anytime! We stayed at the property for 10 days with our two children and our in-laws. You have a lot of space and you always discover beautiful corners where you can have a good time. The location is also perfect because you can relax and be within walking distance of the beautiful harbor and the beach. In addition, the area offers many offers for children's excursions such as the dragon caves, a dinosaur park and a safari zoo. So overall, it's perfect for families or larger groups.

Perfect for families (2 families) perfect division into two floors. Everything was very clean and the pool was cleaned regularly (every 2 days). Second time at this location, and we loved it just as much as the first time. Everything was clean and up to date, the owner was really nice and welcoming. Porto Cristo is a vibrant city, and yet we had a quiet and very relaxing stay.

We (4 adults and a 16 month old) have just returned from a fabulous week at this beautiful finca. Everything about the accommodation and the location was perfect for us, and we couldn't have asked for anything more. There is so much space, both inside and out, and plenty of areas to relax, inside or out in the shade. Everything was very clean and the attention to detail was exceptional. The very secure above ground pool was perfect and provided lots of fun for everyone, especially the baby. The short walk to the restaurants, cafes, shops and the small beach took about 10 minutes, which was ideal. Bel was an excellent host and any questions we had were answered immediately. Excellent location, perfect for a very short walk to Porto Cristo, but also quiet and peaceful. The beautiful gardens and outdoor spaces have been carefully designed with many places to sit and relax with many beautiful plants and trees, as well as a swimming pool, barbecue, etc. The house is also an ideal base for exploring Mallorca by car. There are many wonderful towns and cities on the East Coast and of course further afield! The house is very spacious and well equipped with everything you need and communication and check in/out was very easy.
