Son Peretó Petit is a house with fenced swimming pool, located in 4 thousand sq m of fenced and private land, with trees of cultivation (orange, lemon, almond, fig trees) and an extensive garden of 3 thousand sq m. The garden has a large area of shrubs, native plants and trails with benches, a table with seats to have a drink, read or just enjoy nature. 
Just in front of the house you will find the fully fenced swimming pool of 8x4m, with outdoor shower and solarium equipped with 4 sunbeds.
The house has 80 sq m built, with 2 double rooms, fully equipped kitchen with dish-washer, air conditioning, 1 bathroom with shower, dining room, living room, washing machine and 2 large outdoor dining tables: one with an awning in front of the pool and the other one in the shade, next to the house front facade. There's also a gas Weber barbecue for your use, which you can move at your convenience. There are 2 bikes at your disposal too.
The house has all the comforts perfectly integrated in its natural environment. It is located just 2 km from Manacor, where you will find restaurants, supermarkets, shops, shopping center, hospital, groceries, farmers market, buses and the train station.
The house is close to many beaches from the East, North, or Northwest coast, and some of them are in the protected area of Parc Natural de Llevant. It has a very good and easy connection with the rest of the island, but it's very close to the motorway Ma-15, so the noise can be heard from it.
This February 2025 it has been recently refurbished and renewed.
