Villa SOFIA, is located in the residential area of the urbanization of "Sa Coma", in the area of the Mallorcan Levante.

5 minutes walk, you can enjoy the beach of "Sa Coma", which has a length of 750 m, fine sand and shallow, ideal for family tourism in Mallorca.

The house consists of 2 floors. Each room has air conditioning and apart 3 of them have ceiling fan. Two double beds 160x2 m and 4 single beds 90x2 m.

From the entrance you can access the living room and large kitchen with air conditioning and dining table, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the upper floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Both through the living room and from the kitchen you can access a huge porch in the shade prepared to spend your most comfortable and happy moments. This area has sofas, and a large dining table for 8 people.

Its large fenced pool of 10 x 5 m and porch, are located in the back of the house so that you can enjoy the most quiet privacy. A third bathroom is located next to the pool.

Although it is a tourist centre, the residential development retains the holiday character of the inhabitants of Mallorca in the 1980s. It is a quiet place with all services: big supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, restaurants...

Apart from all the services, this area offers visitors the opportunity to make long walks through its undeveloped coast. A pleasant walk is the natural stretch to Castell punta de N'Amer, where you can enjoy a delicious brunch with stunning views of the Mediterranean.
