The finca Sa Conillera is a Majorcan house totally equipped for vacation rental, just 3 km from Manacor and 10 km from the beach. It has both the tranquility of the countryside and the practicity of its equipment for your holiday.
On the ground floor, you will find a typical wide Majorcan hall, a big inner dining-room with pellet stove, a fully equipped kitchen, an inner living-room with sofa, Tv and direct acces to the terrace, where you will also find an outer dining-room area. On this ground you will also find a double bedroom and a practical toilet.
The first floor has 3 double bedrooms (one of them with sofa bed for 2 people) 3 complete bathrooms (one with whirpool bathtub) and 2 dressing rooms.
The exterior of the house will surprise us with its lawn areas, its clear views to the campsite (views to Rafa Nadal’s Academy and its tennis courts) a pool of 4x8m and a barbecue area for your enjoyment.

Just got back from staying here with 6 friends, we all had a great time and loved the villa, even better in real life, the photos don't do it justice. I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here. Bel was great answering questions before and during our stay. Would definitely go back if in this area again. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay at his property. We had a wonderful time and we all really enjoyed our stay.
