In the Levante area and less than 300 meters from an area of small and beautiful coves (some of rocks and others of sand) is the Finca "Sa caseta de la Mar".
Its closest and most beautiful coves are: Es Port Verd, Es Port Vell, Es Ribells, Cala Sa Marjal and Playa d'es Ratjolí. The location of the house is privileged and you can access its coves 5 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car. But if what you want are larger beaches, you can also enjoy the most touristy but no less beautiful ones such as; Cala Bona, Cala Millor and Sa Coma.
This charming house is ideal for 4 people, but if there are only two, the rental price adjusts. In its 60m2 of housing there is a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom in a practical and cozy layout.
Around the house there is a 60m2 terrace, protected from the sun under a pergola and parasol. This area has been equipped with an outdoor dining room, all surrounded by beautiful vegetation and a relaxed atmosphere. Its 6 x 8m pool and 1.30m depth, dominates the environment and you can choose between bathing in the sea or simply enjoying of your private pool. On the same farm you will have private parking for your vehicle. It also has a Wi-Fi network of 50 Mb/s of speed.
This is a country estate that is on the coast and this allows you to be able to enjoy the coast without long trips and to be able to take advantage of all the necessary services to make your stay calmer and more relaxed, since less than 1 km away, and in the Cala Bona area you can find restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets...

Haus war sehr sauber und der Pool / Garten sehr gepflegt . Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet ; es waren sogar ausreichend Gewürze , Spülmaschinentabs, Kaffee usw. vorhanden . Für den Pool sind Poolnudeln und Handtücher vorhanden. Barbara war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns zur Begrüßung Obstkuchen , Wasser und Süßes für die Kinder hingestellt . Die Kommunikation mit Bel war auch immer top !

It was very nice! Barbara was also very friendly on site, she took care of things very quickly and was very helpful! When we arrived, the holiday could start immediately, they put a Mallorcan fruit cake in the fridge for us! Everything could be found in the house!! Towels, dishwashing tablets, blankets, beach umbrellas... Thank you for this unforgettable time! Especially the well-kept garden with the pool was a dream! Thank you for everything! Everything went great!

The accommodation was very nice and quiet. The sea is within walking distance, but for a day at the beach we drove to Cala Millor by car. As well as shopping. The driveway to the house was a bit difficult to find at first. Arrival was easy and the place was very clean. We enjoyed the fresh oranges that were outside on the table. Pastries were provided inside. The pool was great too! We had a lovely week in the little house!

The accommodation is very quiet at the end of a dirt road. The garden is very nice, large and well maintained. The pool area is great - the pool itself is big enough to swim in. The sunbathing area is tastefully designed and invites you to sunbathe. The cottage itself is very nicely decorated and has everything you need for everyday needs. The covered terrace with the cozy seating area is particularly beautiful. Dear Bel and Barbara, We felt very comfortable in the accommodation and had a great holiday.

Beautifully furnished country house with everything you need. There was water and cakes on arrival. Everything very clean and practically furnished. The pool and outdoor area are also very nice. Shopping approx. 2 km away. Many thanks for a wonderful holiday. We really liked the country house. We would be happy to recommend it to others and keep everything in good memory. We, two couples in our 30s and 40s, stayed at the Finca in August. The owner received us very kindly. Spoken partly German, partly Spanish. The farm was well equipped. Nothing was missing. The pool was well maintained. Furnishings and decoration are contemporary and elegant. We feel very very comfortable. We would love to come back.

The stay was very pleasant. If you don't want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle, but want to be mobile on site, you've made a good choice with this accommodation. The property can be reached via a narrow private road that passes through fields and can be driven by car. The property is very idyllic and to make you feel safe it is fully fenced and the building is alarmed. The area is very well maintained and all the things you need for a comfortable stay are available inside and outside. There is enough storage space in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms to store everything. The decor is quite modern and everything is in good shape. Basic kitchen equipment is available such as oil, coffee and spices, as well as dishwashing liquid, towels, dish brush and garbage bags. Shops and good restaurants can be reached by car in a timely manner. The house owner was kind enough to give us some tips when we checked in. We feel very comfortable and would love to return when the opportunity arises.

We are four friends in our twenties and we stayed in this house for almost a week and we absolutely enjoyed it. The owner provided us with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The welcome cake and Barbara's caring nature made us feel very welcome. We also liked the proximity to Cala Bona and Cala Millor and the sound of the waves that we could always hear in the background. It was nice to have many hours of sun around the pool. Beautiful little house with everything you need - inventory in perfect condition - air conditioning units that cool and heat and can be operated by remote control - large outdoor area with pool, green area - grill with utensils (charcoal, lighter , cutlery ) available - Awning, table with chairs outside - Quiet location and pure relaxation.
