The Finca Pedres Ca Na Lluca is a rural house in Majorca located in the East of Majorca, just 5 km from the town of Manacor and 17 km from Porto Cristo and the rest of the beaches on the Eastern coast. Moreover, the finca is at around 5 km from Rafa Nadal Academy (RNA) The house has been recently renewed and consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with table, 1 bathroom, 1 large living room and 1 double bedroom. The first floor is accessed through a nice interior staircase from the living room, in which you will find 3 spacious double bedrooms and a bathroom. It is a finca where its owners have perfectly combined the Mediterranean essence with some touches of modernity, proof of this is the restored carpentry from windows and doors that contrast with the modern and practical cabinets available. The outdoor area consists of a large terrace with stone floor that connects the pool area with the large porch where you can dine with your family and friends, and enjoy the temperatures and light offered by the island of Majorca. The same area has a laundry, refrigerator, barbecue (with firewood) and the typical Majorcan wood oven. The 5×9 pool has an original outdoor bathroom in which the owners have mixed modernity with tradition. The natural materials take center stage in a design space, always connecting us with the wonderful and pleasant views of the authentic Majorcan countryside.
