Es Rafalot de Bellarural is an excellent rural country house to spend your holidays in Majorca, with all comfort perfectly integrated into a typical Majorcan house.
On the ground floor you will find a wide hall, living-room, dining-room, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and access to the pool, a wine cellar and 2 bathrooms, one of them en-suite. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms.Around the house you will find terraces, a porch with barbecue and dining table, a private swimming-pool, trees, gardens, a vegetable path available for our guests… with a total area of more than 35500m2.It’s the perfect place to relax and spend your perfect holidays.The house is from 1866 and it was reformed in 1988, with extra reforms made in 2014. With the reform the owners enhanced the elegance and architectural character of the typical Majorcan house.
Without leaving apart nowadays comfort, the house transmits the peace and quietness of Majorca in its pure essence, which let you take part in the island’s calm. Due to the owners passion for enology, the house has a wine cellar with wines at your disposal (at cost price).

Wir waren 10 Tage mit der Familie in der Finca von Bels Familie und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Wir kamen erst um Mitternacht an, hatten aber genaue Infos zur Lage und Schlüsselübergabe. Uns erwartete Kuchen, Wasser und Obst auf dem Küchentisch! Was für eine schöne Überraschung. Das Haus liegt fantastisch mit einem tollen Ausblick von der Terrasse. Der Garten und Pool sind wunderschön und gepflegt. Man merkt, wieviel Liebe Bel und Familie innen und außen in das Haus investieren. Alles war vorhanden, funktionierte und war sauber. Die zusätzlichen Dinge wie Tischtennisplatte, Sonnenschriem für den Stran, Bälle und Pool Spielzeug machten es für uns einfach sofort anzukommen. Es fehlte an nichts. Dies gilt insbesondere für die Küche, da bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Wir können die Finca uneingeschränkt empfehlen, hier sind Gastgeber mit Herz und Seele dabei.

Our stay at this property was perfect. The location is ideal for a quiet holiday away from the tourist crowds in Mallorca! The property is just as shown in the photos. It was our first holiday of this kind, but we guarantee not the last! ☺️

We had a great holiday with six of us at the beautiful estate which was even better in real life than in the photos! The area is nice, quiet, the road to the farm is a little bumpy, but it was still easy to get there with our Volkswagen bus ;) The farm and the complex are very clean and well maintained, we were missing nothing and Bel surprised us with drinks and cakes when we arrived. The salt water pool was clean and refreshing and was also cleaned the week we were there, in the garden there are lemon trees and a Weber gas grill, the kitchen is also super equipped and has two large refrigerators. We feel very comfortable and can only recommend the farm!

We had a wonderful stay at Bel's house! The property is very large and comfortable and it is obvious that the interior and decoration were chosen with love. The house is well equipped with everything you need (dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, beach equipment, toys,...). Everything was perfectly clean and communication was easy and fast at all times. Thank you very much for a perfect vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation at your beautiful farm. Bel and her family are incredibly friendly and warm hosts, you don't find that often! The farm is fantastically located, surrounded by olive trees, in a huge area. The nearest city (Manacor) is just a few minutes away by car, you can also reach the nearest beach in a few minutes. As you may have seen, I have sent an application for next year, we will be the same people, and Otón of course :)

The house is perfect, very well equipped (especially in the kitchen) lovely decorated (nothing unnecessary, you will recognize a lot of lovely details inside and outside the house) and very clean, a perfect house for us (6 persons) for nice holidays. The pool is in great condition and was regularly maintained. Very important: Bel and her parents are very kind and nice persons, perfects host deserving 6-Stars. There is also a nice Weber Gasgrill for BBQ. The pictures show the reality, the house is great, we have not missed anything. If you are looking for a house to relax, this is the pace to go. Thank you Bel and your parents!

Lovely villa & pool. The hosts have created a really nice place. The furniture & fittings are all first class. A very quiet area with nice views. Is a good location for exploring the east side of the island.

What can I say: just a perfect holiday in Majorca with the whole family. The farm is just great: big, built with old stones, great kitchen (with good knives), everything is there. We really liked the pool and outdoor area - you can really unplug here. From the farm you can drive to large beaches and supermarkets. We liked it very, very much and if the opportunity arises, we want to repeat this vacation. Where else can it be better than on a finca with its own pool? Many thanks also to Bel and her family. We feel very comfortable. ?

Three weeks in paradise: The three of us spent three wonderful weeks at the finca Es Rafalot. Temporary, we were five people and for a few days even seven people plus dog. All of us absolutely enjoyed our stay. Bel and her mother Antonia warmly welcomed us with a set table and delicious empanadas. There was water and soft drinks in the fridge and spices as well as cleaning products were available. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and everything is very clean; the terrace is roofed and has stunning views; the beds were super comfortable and everything smelled great and clean. They really thought of everything, and we felt at home. The property is beautiful and well maintained. It is very remote and super quiet, and we enjoyed the peacefulness and nature. By appointment, Bel's father Joan came regularly to take care of the pool and garden. Bel was always available via whatsapp to take care of any matter. A very special gesture: we had two birthdays to celebrate, and each time Bel came by with a big and delicious Majorcan cake specialty. We really have never experienced so much attention and love to detail anywhere else. Thank you! Picking lemons from the tree in the garden and making fresh lemon tarte and juice! We were unconditionally happy.

By appointment, Bel's father, Joan, came regularly to take care of the pool and garden. Bel was always available via WhatsApp to attend to any matter. We have truly never experienced such attention and love of detail anywhere else. Thank you! We loved her: Picking lemons from the tree in the garden and making fresh, sour and juicy lemon!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were warmly welcomed with a table set in this beautiful house. Our hostess Bel showed us everything in detail. The house is quiet and secluded, which means pure relaxation. The pictures correspond exactly to what we found and yet only express half of what the finca feels like. The house is super equipped, you will find everything you need to feel at home. Thanks again for everything. We are very satisfied and we would love to return.

The Finca is absolutely amazing. All the rooms look exactly as described, they are well equipped and especially the outside area with the pool and garden is beautiful. Bel and her parents have been excellent hosts. We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back!

Great farm. Very carefully furnished and equipped to the smallest detail. Everything was perfectly organized from the reception with cake and empanadas to the check-out. Bel was always available and she was always able to help. The location is very nice and a bit remote. Manacor can be reached in 10 minutes and the beach can be reached in 25 minutes. Of course, it is mandatory to rent a car. We will be back for sure! Thanks Bel. Thank you very much and see you soon!

Beautiful accommodation with excellent facilities! Five of us spent our Easter holidays at this farm. The old house has been carefully restored, on cool days it can be heated with an electric or wood stove, the superior rooms also have air conditioning/heating. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. There is also much to discover on the property, lots of citrus trees and a self-catering herb bed, there are goldfish, a ping-pong table and much more. The pool has sun from morning until sunset. We are completely satisfied! Thank you so much!
