At just a few minutes from the Eastern Coast of Majorca, you will find the Finca Ca S’Amitger. Surrounded by 200.000 sq m of land with autochtonous trees, (carob, olive, almond tress) the Finca is a haven of peace and quietness.
Though the house is newly built, the nice centennial stone facade from the back and the side has been conserved. The house consists of 4 double bedrooms, all of them with complete bathroom en suite, air conditioner and heating. The two inner patios provide the house with much light and a touch of refinement, and at the same time they connect you with outdoors. Nevertheless, the windows have blackout blinds, so you can sleep in complete darkness if you wish to.
The dining-room, living-room and kitchen, all of them air-conditioned too, leave nothing to be desired. The completely equipped kitchen will be a delight for the cookery lovers. There’s also an outdoor dining area with BBQ, as well as comfortable outer furniture.
Undoubtedly, the highlight of the Finca is its wonderful pool of 4 x 11m long, with 8 sunbeds for you to relax in this privileged setting.

Many thanks to Salvador and his son. Communication with them was fast and uncomplicated at all times. The photos show a very nice picture of the farm. However, it is even more beautiful on site. The farm is located in the middle of fields where sheep graze. We were also visited by a tortoise on the first day. The rooms had plenty of storage space for clothes and the air conditioning kept the temperature inside very pleasant at all times. The bathrooms were clean, the water ran well in the shower and the water pressure for washing our hair was also excellent. The pool area was clean and in good condition. We also had the green waste. Our children were in the pool very often and enjoyed their time there very much. Many thanks for the great organisation, Bel. We have totally enjoyed our stay in Mallorca.

Salvador (the owner) welcomed us warmly with a full fruit basket and a sweet specialty from the region. Everything was shown and explained to us in detail. Communication beforehand with Bel (ordered by Salvador through an agency) worked excellently. The house is fantastic, much prettier than the photos! The surrounding area is wonderfully quiet, but you can't get far without a rental car. Restaurants and activities are extremely easy and quick to reach by car. The pool can be separated by a gate which was perfect for us with small children. Salvador came regularly to take care of the pool. The property is huge and beautiful. The next-door neighbor's sheep also convey a holiday feeling. It has air conditioning in all rooms, the kitchen is well equipped. We have visited many accommodations before, but this was the nicest!

Excellent house, very quiet location with beautiful garden. The interior is very tastefully decorated and the design is good! Sitting outside on the covered terrace with the large round table is wonderful. The kitchen is well equipped with, for example, good pots and pans, sharp knives, many plates, glasses, cutlery,... Special mention for Salvador who comes for maintenance and is always available. He also speaks good French and English and gave us useful advice. Highly recommended! Thank you for everything: the fluid communication, the concern after the storm and a special 'thank you' to the owner Salvador. We are very satisfied!

Wonderful and tasteful finca in a beautiful and peaceful setting. The distribution of the house and the garden is very careful and practical (the description does not mention the mobile fence that separates the area from the children's pool). Several great beaches within a 30 minute drive. Salvador, the owner, takes very nice care of the pool and everything else during the stay. In short, highly recommended!
