This Finca is located in the quiet rural urbanisation of “Son Talent”, just 2 km from Manacor. Its location makes it very easy for you to quickly access the Eastern coast of Majorca, as well as the other areas of the island with its great beaches.
The location of “Ca’n Miquel Son Talent” at the top of a small hill is ideal due to the great views to Manacor skyline, as well as a quiet rural surrounding. The modern building in a rustic location makes it the perfect combination.
The house disposes of one floor with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry, completely equipped kitchen, dining-room and a big living-room. All the rooms have big picture windows that will connect you with the exterior of the house.
In the pool area, you can have a swim in the salty pool of 3x6m and relax in the terrace sunbeds. There you will also find an exterior sitting-table to enjoy your lunch and dinner outdoors.

Perfect for a family holiday away from the hustle and bustle. The place is so peaceful yet still accessible to beaches and towns if you have a car. The house has a real sense of tranquility and was extremely clean and spacious for 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 littles.

We had a great stay at Bel's house. Very clean and well equipted house, you can find everything you need in the house. The fridge was ful when we came which was really nice. Bel is very responsive, she provided great places to visit recommemdation.

Beautiful house, view and pool. Everything clean and pretty. Very private on a hill with great views. The kids loved it and so did we. Stayed as a family with 5 adults and 3 children. We had a wonderful vacation... The house is as beautiful as it appears in the photos. The equipment is more than complete and this does not only apply to the kitchen. Shower gel, soap and plenty of fluffy soft towels are also provided in the bathrooms. Pool towels are also provided. The whole house is very clean and the outdoor area is very well maintained. Bel is also a great host who really takes care of everything. If we had a request she took care of it right away. We will definitely be back, we really enjoyed it!

Very nice house with a beautiful view. It is equipped with everything you need. Large pool with enough space for sunbathing. The location is very good with a car. Check-in and check-out was smooth and the hostess was always available for questions.
