Ca’n Forn is an authentic Majorcan country house recently renewed, located just some minutes from Felanitx. Its owners, which used to hold an antique shop, have restored its furniture and objects piece by piece, making each piece unique.
Ca’n Forn means “The house of the oven”, and was formerly known as the only house in the area with a wood oven.
The house, with a built-up area of 450sqm, is divided into 2 levels and has a capacity for 8 people.
You access the ground floor from the main facade, with a small porch with a dining table and fireplace, ideal to be outdoors the coldest months. Once at the hall, you can access the living room, two indoor dining rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. On this floor you will also find one of the bedrooms, a bathroom and a small cellar.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a reading room and a terrace. The other double room is accessed through an outside staircase next to the main facade, and has a full bathroom and a terrace.
Outside, along with a private pool of 10x5m, there is an outside dining area, ideal for lunch or dinner in spring and summer, a barbecue, and different areas with gardens and fruit trees where you can relax, read or sunbathing on a sunbed.

We enjoyed the authentic and rural atmosphere of the property. For a family of 8, there are more than enough lovely places inside and outside to be together but also to retreat to. The pool is safe for children because it is higher. You absolutely need a car, but you can regain your privacy and tranquility. For lovers of the environment, definitely recommended.

We had the most amazing week at this Villa. The first impression when we arrived was amazing and we weren’t disappointed. The thing we really loved was the outside space. The setting in the country, the amazing pool and a fantastic place just outside the kitchen to share our meals and play games well into the night. Everybody was happy with their bedrooms and own bathroom which was nice. The local towns are only 10 minutes away with supermarkets in both. We had a fantastic time and are missing it already.

We had a great time with our family – the house is the way you imagine an old Mallorcan estate – Lola was very friendly and looked after us wonderfully, but you definitely need a car – there is not much to discover on foot in the place – you absolutely have your peace and you can relax wonderfully.

It is a beautifully restored house ideal for a group. Much prettier than in the photos. We loved the gardens and pool and the fact that there were so many terraces and seating areas. We didn't want to leave! Thanks to our hosts!

Une vraie finca ! Maison typique pleine de charme, située en pleine nature à 10 min en voiture de la ville de Filanixt ! L'hébergement comporte de nombreuses pièces, toutes très propres (une seule chambre sur les 5 n'est pas climatisée) ainsi qu'une piscine magnifique très grande, très agréable pour nager ! On y trouve également un "abri" très agréable pour les repas. Nous avons particulièrement aimé l'atmosphère campagnarde de cette finca que nous recommandons!

A perfect week in a magical villa which had plenty of space for our group of 9 adults and 2 babies. Comfortable and chic with an amazing pool in beautiful surroundings and really well equipped. Bel and Lola were so helpful with recommendations and any questions that we had. We would come back in a heartbeat!

I’ve seen a lot of places, but this must have been one of the best! It’s serene and peaceful, the house is so nicely decorated and the terrace, including the pool, are just marvellous. It’s the perfect place to unwind. My family and I loved it very much! I’m pretty sure we will be back.

The house is in a quiet area away from the rush of the city and the neighbors. We enjoyed the amazing pool. The house is very big and has a vintage style. Only one bedroom does not have air conditioning. Kitchen sufficiently equipped. The barbecue area is ideal for evenings. Lola and Stuart welcomed us warmly, recommended good ideas and were ready to help. Thank you very much for your kindness and attention. We hope to return in the future. ?

I had a great stay at Bels Finca and was very well received by Lola (landlady) and her husband. The house is located very quietly in the countryside and is comfortably furnished. It has the charm of a farmhouse with the luxury of a swimming pool. The car is absolutely necessary to reach the property. Everything was very clean.

Can Forn is a paradise on earth! We traveled as a family, 7 adults and one child and we all absolutely adored everything about the place. The house, the facilities, the outdoor areas and the location. Super authentic, and better than the photos! It is good for 3-4 couples. We hope to return. Thanks for everything.

Ca'n Forn, Truly it is a House to Enjoy, it is located in the middle of nature. There you will find your Paradise of Peace, among the pomegranate and olive trees. It has a rustic charm and is beautifully decorated with antiques. Each room is a pleasant surprise, take the time to sit in each room and enjoy what you see. Stuart and Lola are lovely hosts. Ca'n Forn Villa is a very special "magical" place for family and friends to come together and have some quality time, relax and celebrate. We all loved our stay in this authentic and very comfortable Mallorcan villa which is beautifully renovated with great attention to detail. Our hosts were very nice, responsive and respectful of our privacy. We highly recommend this place and hope to return in the near future.
