The modern detached single family house Bel Design is located in the quiet residential district of Porto Cristo. This port is the house of some of the inhabitants of Manacor, which makes that most of the population of Porto Cristo is Majorcan. You will find the beach of Porto Cristo at just 500m, and the virgin sandy bay of Cala Petita is just 20 min on foot or by bike. In the house you will also find two free-to-use bikes during your stay. Nearby the district you will find restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and other services at your disposal.
The modern style house was designed by its owners, with straight lines and inviting rooms and decoration which will make you feel at home.
The site has 450 m2, with 150 m2 of house. On the ground floor you will find a wide dining-room, sitting-room and kitchen with access to the swimming-pool, as well as a bathroom, laundry, garage, pantry and barbecue area.
To access the first floor you will find a modern staircase from which you will see the whole dining-room. The opening of all of the rooms gives the house much natural light, making you feel connected to the exterior all the time. The first floor disposes of two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The house has a capacity of 4 adults + 2 children, as it has an extra sofa bed for two people. It disposes of a/c in the 2 bedrooms (it works from 10pm to 8am)
The private swimming-pool of 14x3m and a depth of 1.80m makes it really suit for swimmers. The pool area is also surrounded by a wooden floor of 150m2, which gives warmth and modernity to the terrace area.
What makes the house more special is the combination of natural materials (iron, stone, glass and steel) all of them used by the owner to make all the sculptures you can find in the house. Its owner, a master craftsman, stands out for the originality of his pieces of art. If you wish, you can acquire any of the pieces in the house, from pictures to sculptures.
Furthermore, the originality of the furniture, pictures and rooms will make you feel in a unique home.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Ferienhäuschen sehr genossen. Bel war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Auch die Begrüßung und Verabschiedung durch den Hausherren Fillipe war herzlich und ganz unkompliziert. Das Haus hält, was es verspricht. Es war sehr sauber bei unserer Ankunft und bietet alles, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir haben sogar frische Früchte in der Küche vorgefunden, was eine sehr nette Geste ist. Die ruhige Lage fanden wir perfekt. Zum Strand sind es maximal 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lieber Felip, Bel & Rosa Es war wunderbar bei Euch… Das Haus, der Pool, die Lage, einfach Alles haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, Pool wurde regelmäßig gewartet, Viele Küchenutensilien vorhanden, ausreichend Gewürze. Kühlschrank war mit Wasser, Softdrinks und Bier bestückt. Sogar Obst und Knabbergebäck waren vorhanden, daher würden wir die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen

Excellent communication and preparation by the host. The landlord was very nice and punctual. We really liked the house and the location was good too. We would take over the house so privately! 5/5! The house is beautiful with lots of little details and has everything you need! The pool was a wonderful refreshment every day. Supermarkets were easy to reach on foot or with the house's own bikes, and the harbor/beach was also a 10-minute walk away. We really liked it and would book the accommodation again and recommend it to others at any time. Communication with Bel and Felip was uncomplicated and quick. There is nothing to complain about. Dear Bel, dear Felip, thank you again for letting us stay in your house and also that the super late check-in was no problem. We would come back anytime! Best wishes from Germany, Lucy and family :)

We were there for a week and felt really comfortable from the very first second. We were greeted by the house owner Filipe. He was super friendly and always helpful. We had a great time in the house and would come back again and again. The city is easily accessible on foot and is beautiful.

This house was absolutely wonderful! The smallest details and the availability! The pool was clean and the terrace was so well set up with wheels so we could move the umbrellas without damaging the cover. The house was well stocked with basic essentials, salt, pepper, etc., complimentary fruit too! It was lovely to arrive to such a wonderful place after a whole day of travelling! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you Bel for our easy communication! We really enjoyed our stay in Porto Cristo! It is a very special house! Great holiday, despite the heat. House, pool, everything as described - contact with Bel and Filipe perfect. For us as a family of four, the pool was the highlight, otherwise everything you need in a holiday home is there and 4 air conditioners saved us in 38 degree heat! We always walked to the promenade, if we come to Mallorca again, we'll come back here!

A very nice house in a good location. Very quiet and the town with restaurants and shops was within easy walking distance. Excellent quality mattresses in the bedrooms. Bel was very accommodating and fulfilled small extra requests without any hassle. We would love to come back!

We were on a family vacation with our 4 and 6 year old daughters. Communication with Bel was great. The owner was waiting for us directly on site and briefly instructed us. The house is super nice and modernly furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped, still complete with the Weber gas grill. The location is great, on the steep coast you are in 2 minutes and on the beach in 10 minutes. We feel very comfortable.

A modern, well-furnished house in a lovely location. 15 minutes walk from the center or the beautiful bay of the port of Porto Cristo. The equipment includes comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms, everything you need for a comfortable holiday in a house. From the gas grill, beautiful lounge chairs by the large pool and very good kitchen equipment, everything was available. The place is highly recommended. We had fun. We were very well received by Felip. He had provided us with fruits and a very tasty organic wine, honestly, the vacation can hardly start better… The home is a dream and very well cared for. Our last minute wish for separate beds, for our adult children, was gladly fulfilled and everything else was very well prepared for us. At the end of October, we had good weather, so the pool, as well as the nearby beaches, could be widely used by us. The location of the house is fantastic. We could easily start hiking and we were very quickly by the sea, in the restaurant or supermarket, everything is possible on foot. In the house there is everything you need and Felip and his wife are very friendly hosts. We are enthusiasts and would love to return.

The stay was really wonderful! There were three of us and there was more than enough space. The 2 bathrooms also accommodated us a lot. The pool was great and ideal for swimming. The accommodation was very clean and the amenities included everything you could want. Since we had a rental car, the location was also great for us and we could do all the activities from there. We really didn't lack anything and we had a great time. The price-performance ratio is hard to beat! Thank you very much for the owners of this great place! Good ubication! We spent a great vacation in a very nice house. The house offers all the comforts, it is in a very quiet area but you can reach many things very quickly. The owner was very friendly and we received a great welcome and farewell. The pool is beautiful and everything is very well maintained and in excellent condition. We would love to return!

Had the most amazing stay for a couple of days! The house was absolutely stunning; it was clean and beautifully decorated and I honestly couldn’t fault it! Absolutely loved the pool and outdoor areas and felt totally relaxed there! Can’t wait to hopefully return for a second fantastic holiday!

Pleasant reception and easy communication with Bel and Felip. Lots of attention to detail! Whatever you are looking for in this house, you will find it. Absolute highlight: the pool! The calm bay of Porto Cristo is ideal for children and stand-up paddling. We also enjoyed walking to the many restaurants and bars at night. A wonderful place and absolutely worth the price.

This villa is exceptional. The owner Felip was available and very helpful with everything we needed. The villa itself is beautiful, everything you need for that home from home experience The decoration inside the house was beautiful and I love that this villa was so spacious the bedrooms were also big and spacious with great storage. The living room had a huge television. The pool is also so clean that my kids lived in the pool from early morning until late at night. The attention to detail in this villa is exceptional, there were beach towels and also some inflatables for the kids to play in the pool. I would recommend this villa to everyone as I loved my stay in Porto Cristo.

This was our second time at the accommodation and again it was a great holiday, almost like coming home. There was even new air conditioning in each room. Super hosts and the location is perfect and the house is equipped. We will definitely go back.

The photos of the house beforehand promised a good vacation. When we arrived, Felipe was there and he showed us around the house. Everything was very clean and there was nothing to complain about. That's why we were able to enjoy our vacation until the last minute. The atmosphere of the house was calm and careful. The locals still live here. We would love to come back.
