This unique and elegant LOFT is located on the first floor of the Banc de Crèdit Balear building in Manacor. The building was completed in 1924, following an eclectic style as can be seen in some of its elements. One of these are the capitals of the remarkable columns that are decorated with zoomorphic, vegetal and classically inspired motifs.

In 1999, the Rufiandis family acquired this elegant and open space and turned it into an art gallery and meeting point for the most diverse cultural activities in the city of Manacor.

In 2021 and with the help of the artist Michele Massari, the space was converted into an elegant and comfortable LOFT. The idea was to benefit from the height and its large windows to take advantage of all the light and energy that the space emanates by itself.

These impressive windows, more than 5 m high, are a subtle and invisible common thread, capable of creating magical and very lively atmospheres, giving us a feeling of space and comfort.

The result is an open space in which 2 double bedrooms coexist (1 en suite), a toilet, an office, a large kitchen open to the spacious dining/living room and rest area.
