Cuenta la leyenda que en la casa de Son Ramonet nació la madre de Cristobal Colón, la mallorquina Margalida Colón y que estos parajes vieron crecer y formarse al que años más tarde se convertiría en el descubridor de América. Si estas encaladas paredes blancas hablasen nos revelarían la incógnita…
La casa data del siglo XV y representa la típica casa rural de la zona de Felanitx, donde las persianas son de un color rojo-granate y las fachadas se recubren de tonos terrosos. En su arquitectura cálida y acogedora están presentes la piedra, cerámica y vigas de madera vista. La finca fue restaurada conservando la piedra natural y encalado de las paredes. Sus propietarios, dos restauradores de muebles, nos deleitan con unos trabajos artesanales de gran calidad, proyectando al visitante la cultura y costumbres mallorquinas. Rodeada de terrazas y jardines, la casa consta de 5 dormitorios y 4 baños, siendo muy adecuada para dos o tes familias o un grupo de amigos.
Los jardines que rodean la finca tienen varios rincones en los que podrá relajarse como si desapareciera del resto del grupo pero aún así sintiendo la compañía de los suyos. Los más pequeños podrán disfrutar de su zona de ocio. Es una finca ideada para poder disfrutar del exterior.
La ubicación goza de tranquilidad y buena comunicación con el pueblo más cercano, Felanitx, tan solo a 3 km de la propiedad y las playas de la costa suroeste están a solo unos minutos en coche.
Sus propietarios están encantados que esta finca, herencia de sus antepasados, albergue a diferentes visitantes y que todos puedan sentir y llevarse la calma que estas tierras emanan.

We stayed with our whole family including a 3, 7 and 9 year old. The house was very comfortable and characterful, full of interesting artefacts reflecting the history of the property. We loved the pool despite it being Oct/Nov and pretty cold, and our children enjoyed the playground. We made use of the excellent barbecue and ate outside in the covered dining area every evening. The gardens, pool and pond were well maintained and there were lots of secluded areas to sit and read. A place we would love to visit again. Thankyou Bel, we loved staying in your beautiful property. Everything was clean and comfortable we were impressed by the well maintained facilities and the abundance of crockery and cookware. Your lady who met my son on arrival was so lovely and helpful, recommending places to visit and eat and offering to make reservations for us. Wir waren erst einmal sehr beeindruckt von der Anlage, haben uns aber sofort zuhause gefühlt. Ich habe die tolle Küche geliebt, die Enkel haben den Pool geliebt und natürlich das ganze Grundstück erobert, wir Erwachsenen haben den Freisitz sehr geschätzt und dort wunderschöne Abende verbracht. Alle Annehmlichkeiten aufzuzählen sprengt den Rahmen!!! Anzumerken ist nur: Mückenspray nicht vergessen! Vielen Dank für alles, auch insbesondere für die unerwartet persönliche Betreuung durch Magdalena und ihren Mann.

We loved our month in this beautiful finca in Mallorca! The grounds were stunning, incredibly well kept, and private. We were able to host our extended family of 10 here and there was plenty of space. The pool was stunning and we cooked many meals in the outdoor kitchen. We were sad to leave at the end as it really started to feel like home. The house manager Magdalena and the daily cleaning service we hired ( Catti) were the best! Thank you so much for everything!

Just left this house and missing it already! This is a magic spot. The atmosphere and spirit of the place is way more than the sum of its parts. It is generous both in space, layout and fittings with more than enough room to find a different quiet spot in or out of the sun. While it has brilliant character with all the appeal of an old Mallorca farm house it also has every modern day convenience you would want including great bathrooms, a really generously fitted-out kitchen and outdoor furnishings and sitting areas that are not the ‘plastic chairs and wonky table;’ variety. This was my fourth trip to Mallorca and I can not recommend this house and this area for exploring enough.

We spent our holiday with a large family of eight adults and four children in Bel's accommodation and felt very comfortable. From there we were able to take day trips to Santanyí, Artà, Colonia de Sant Jordi etc. and return in the afternoon to swim together in the pool and relax. We all liked the different places for shared meals, the pool, the kitchen as well as the bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a great family vacation and really enjoyed our time there. We will be happy to return!

It was great! We visited the farm as a family (6 adults and 4 children) and we can warmly recommend it! The hosts are extremely courteous, everything as described. mega play area! large bathrooms and rooms. The services were great, even cutlery and children's plates:) We will be happy to return! Amazing stay for our business retreat: we had such a great stay at the finca. everthing was so clean and decorated with so much love. we had a really quite stay to come down and it was a perfekt place for our business workshops and brand shootings. the owners are so nice and take care the whole time. we had a unforgatable amazing stay here. everybody sleeped so well and we had the time to enjoy every minute here at such a beautiful and special place.thank you so much for your lovely hosting.The finca is absolutely recommendable. You are in the middle of nowhere but in a couple of minutes at the next supermarket, bakery and restaurants. Its so quiet and perfect to rest. A huge green area in the nature only for you. Also the big pool area we enjoyed it so much. the wifi was not the best. So for a workation is it not working. but that is really all:-)

Really lovely place, very pretty and with lots of space so you don't sit on top of each other (and plenty of seats). The kitchen has everything you need to cook every night and make cocktails 🍹

This home is an absolute paradise! Everything about it is spectacular. The decor is beautiful with amazing Spanish antiques yet still feeling modern. The location is close to some of our favorite beaches on the island and a quick 10 minutes into town. Anytime we needed anything the team was quick to reply and make sure we were taken care of. The pool is lovely with many options for lounging/sitting. We also loved the outdoor kitchen and took advantage of this space to have an outdoor group dinner. The rooms all have AC and we slept so comfortably. We can’t wait to come back!!! Thank you to our hosts for such a perfect stay!

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful finca. Magdalena is a great hostess. The finca is very tastefully furnished. The finca has plenty of seating for the whole family (outside, in the sun, in the shade, inside). We'd love to come back!

We have enjoyed a lot in this beautiful country house. The house is located in a quiet area, but by car you can admire the whole island. Mallorca is a beautiful island with many beautiful bays. repeatable!

We had a wonderful family vacation. Bel and Magdalena are super uncomplicated hostesses. If I had any questions/problems they were always available. The farm is beautiful, rustic and authentic with attention to detail. A beautiful garden and the pool invite you to relax. In the outdoor seating area you can spend wonderful evenings with many people (mosquito repellent recommended at the end of September). The farm is close to shops and about 30 minutes from the beach. We had a great time! Thanks for everything.

It was a very nice stay. We really enjoyed the time. Beautiful, loving and authentic finca. Well equipped kitchen, nice pool. Perfect for friends/family. There are enough toilets. About 30 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of the south. We would love to return as a group with young people.

Bel and Magdalena have been very good hosts. Communication was easy and the check-in process very flexible. The house is perfect for families with children. The pool area is closed, they have enough Babynest and baby chairs. We had a great time in the house and we can recommend it.

Amazing and beautiful hideaway. The finca has been lovingly furnished and offers plenty of space and a beautiful garden with different seating areas and a large pool - everything you need for a relaxing holiday with family or good friends. We are looking forward to return.
