Lo que hace 50 años fue una residencia de campesinos Mallorquines ha sido restaurado manteniendo la esencia de la vida campesina, ya que su amo sigue con el pastoreo de las ovejas creando un ambiente pintoresco y placentero.
La conexión con el resto de la isla es ideal, podrán conectar con la naturaleza del campo y en 10 minutos en coche pueden disfrutar de un baño en las bonitas playas de la zona.
Es una casa funcional y espaciosa de 2 plantas; con piscina, jardín, barbacoa y garaje. La planta baja consta de un recibidor, sala de estar, comedor, cocina, 2 habitaciones dobles, 1 habitación individual, 2 baños y coladuría. Desde las escaleras exteriores accederá a la primera planta, con cocina, sala de estar, 1 habitación doble, 1 baño y un hermoso balcón con terraza.
El punto más destacado por los huéspedes es que se sienten como en casa.

Wir haben dort einen Monat als Familie verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das war für uns kein Problem. Sonst war alles, was man benötigt, vorhanden. Am Besten hat uns der Garten, Pool und Terrassenbereich gefallen, den wir dank des guten Wetters auch sehr viel genutzt haben. Auch der Besitzer, der uns direkt bei der Anreise gefragt hatte, ob es für uns ok ist, wenn er einmal täglich vorbeikommt um die Tiere zu füttern, ist ein super netter Kerl. Teilweise hatte man ihn gar nicht bemerkt. Fazit, wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Very nice owner, comes every day to feed the sheep and chickens. Good location to reach many beautiful places on the island by rental car. Very well maintained and large farm. The experience at the farm was superlative. As soon as we left the airport I called the number given by Bel and although it was 2 in the morning someone was waiting for us at the accommodation. We rested and in the morning we met again for the documents. The house was clean, equipped in the kitchen with everything necessary, including paper filters for coffee, plates, etc. The yard was full of porcupines, lemons, cactus, chickens, sheep everywhere. I received eggs from the chickens in the host's yard. Very quiet area, approx. 1-2 km from the city. We felt new. Functional pool, with water filtration system. In the large and generous yard, the children had a place to run and play. I warmly recommend the location. The gentleman who takes care of the house and the animals is very kind, with common sense and with a selected education. We really liked that we ate at the table outside, admiring the landscape and at night, the lights of the city of Manacor. If you want a relaxing holiday, I highly recommend it! I had a car and saw the whole island!

We have enjoyed a lot. The finca is very nicely decorated and we also liked the two separate residential units. Our and our children's highlight was of course the pool where we swam every day. If you are looking for a private and beautiful place to stay in a quiet and luxurious place, this is the place for you. A huge two car garage is also available. Adjacent to the property is also a chicken enclosure and a sheep pasture. We fed the former daily, happily having an egg or two for breakfast. It will be a pleasure to return.

We had a very nice and relaxing time, although the weather was not always great. But since the house is very spacious and comfortable, we didn't mind. “Thank you for the pleasant stay, we felt very comfortable.”

We had a great time at the farm. The house is located on the outskirts of Manacor and is therefore also in a quieter area. Great to relax. We feel very comfortable.

We had a really great family vacation for 11 days at the finca. We were able to pick fresh lemons and oranges straight from the trees and we had the pool right outside. The kitchen is simply equipped, but everything you need is there. Due to the location of the finca, a rental car is necessary, but you can be at the beach in 20 minutes. Due to the location outside of Manacor, it is super idyllic and quiet. Perfect to relax ? Overall we can recommend the finca. We had a great time there ? Bel, thanks for the good organization. And many thanks to Gabriel for the excellent accommodation! We had a great time and Gabriel was always kind to us!”

The house was just perfect for us. The location was great, quiet but still quickly in the next town where you really get everything. It is about 45 minutes from the airport and about 20 minutes from the beautiful bays of Cala Anguila and Cala Mendia. The house was very clean and everything you needed was there. We will definitely go back.
