La Finca de "Sa Marineta Nova" esta situada en un lugar muy tranquilo a tan solo 3 km de Porto Cristo y tiene capacidad para 4 personas.
Porto Cristo está situado en el Levante de Mallorca. Es un punto clave de las rutas turísticas por encontrarse en la localidad, las Cuevas del Drach y las Cuevas del Hams. El puerto dispone de un club náutico con unos 200 amarres y una asociación de pescadores , así como unos astilleros.
La playa de Porto Cristo está bien equipada , es segura y de fácil acceso: una playa ideal para familias.
A sus alrededores podrá encontrar fantásticas calas y playas de gran belleza.
La finca "Sa Marineta Nova" con 6mil m2 de terreno dispone de piscina privada de 12 mx5m y aparcamiento privado.
La casa de 90m2 habitables tiene una decoración sencilla y mediterránea. Consta de una agradable sala con salida a un gran porche de 150m2 , el cual tiene todo el protagonismo de la casa. Desde el mismo porche podrá acceder a la sala de estar, comedor y cocina.
La casa consta de dos dormitorios (cama de 1,35x 1,90 y dos camas de 90x2), un vestidor, un baño, un aseo y un lavadero.
Esta es una cálida y sencilla casa de campo mallorquina a la que sus dueños han sabido aportar el color y ambiente mediterráneo.
La tranquilidad y paz del entorno hará que pueda disfrutar en compañía de su familia.

We stayed at Bel's place for a week after spending a few days in Palma. Her house offered a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. The finca is ideally located 5 minutes by car from Porto Cristo which offers great places to eat, a lovely family beach and supermarkets. The swimming pool was perfect to cool down and to play as a family as it is not too deep. We hope to return to the Finca one day.

Bel is a very friendly and pleasant host. Communication with her was very easy and she immediately warmed up to our dog Tami. Her farm is simply beautiful and we would love to come back anytime. Very nice accommodation, with all the necessary utensils you need for a nice holiday on a country house. The location is great, beautiful coves can be reached quickly and easily and Porto Cristo is just a stone's throw away (car recommended). Communication with Bel was excellent. Since our flight was three hours late, the arrival went smoothly. Since our return flight was also delayed and no new tenants arrived, we were allowed to check out a little later - this should be mentioned positively because it is not a matter of course (thanks Bel). All in all, a very nice little country house with a large pool, with very good value for money. A clear recommendation from us and we will book again if available. We have already advertised this nice little country house among our circle of friends 😉 We really liked it, pure relaxation - "thank you" again for that. Kind regards Isa and Bernd.

The farm is located in the countryside behind Porto Cristo, in a quiet and peaceful place from which you can leave to visit the island. Large and well-stocked house with appliances, not very recent but still decent decoration, large and clean pool, very large garden, host quick in responses and always present.

Bel is very warm and responded very quickly to questions. We enjoyed our stay very much and can definitely recommend the property. However, you can see that the pool is a bit dated.

Thank you for a wonderful week! A very nice house, lovely outside area with both shade and sun areas. Short drive to the beach, Cala Mendia can be recommended with children. Easy communication with Bel, and everything was in line with expectations.

Quiet area, tidy accommodation. In the surroundings, some very nice beaches (Cala Anguila, Cala Varques) and were also interesting to do on a cloudy day. It is practically necessary to rent a car. 5 minutes by car from two good grocery stores. The accommodation can be recommended. Hello Bel, thank you for such a nice holiday accommodation. Brilliant little place. Went as a small family and had everything we needed. Nice and secluded but close enough to town if you want. Bel was very accommodating and also allowed us to stay after check out as there wasn't a booking the next day. Would definitely recommend!

I had a great stay with my fiancée and 2.5 year old toddler. The house was perfect for us and was very well equipped and spotless. The grounds are huge and great for exploring with young children. Bel was a fantastic host, very attentive and helpful. The location for us was perfect, private and away from the busy areas, but very easy to get to lots of beaches and busy areas. I would thoroughly recommend it. Thank you so much Bel, we had a great time!

We had a lovely relaxing time at the villa. It is close to the beach, yet very quiet and private. Note to yourself: no need to bring inflatables or a coffee maker, everything is there. We spent 10 wonderful days at the farm and felt right at home. The pool is a dream house and, as it is sloping, ideal for children. The farm is very clean and everything necessary is available. The terrace offers a nice shade all day. Bel is an extremely friendly hostess, she was always available for us during our stay. Thank you very much for having us as guests.

This farm is rurally nestled in nature. And yet it is only a few minutes from the center of Porto Cristo and other places if you have a car. A wonderful place to get away from the stress of everyday life and absorb the energy of nature. The estate offers a good standard of self-care, so you rarely realize you're missing out on the usual urban conveniences. The pool is fantastic.

Beautiful farm in a secluded place. Great nature (olive, lemon and fig trees) on the property. Definitely rent a car, the nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes away. Big and big pool! Super suitable for children, since it is very flat at the beginning. The large marble table on the shaded terrace is perfect for summer dinners. Communication with Bel was excellent. We were very satisfied and we spent 6 great weeks there. Thanks again, best regards and we wish you the best, Géraldine + family ???
