The house is very close to the centre of Porto Cristo with the beach, shops and restaurants within 5 minute walk. At the same time it is in a quieter spot without too much noise and light. There is a small corner shop in the same building which is very helpful. There is a parking space in front of the house and it is easy to park when it is taken by someone else, so parking was never an issue. The house is bigger than we expected, with a very well equipped kitchen, beach toys for children we did not have to buy. We enjoyed our stay, location was perfect and we had a very comfortable home to come back to every day.

J'ai beaucoup aimé cet endroit, Porto Cristo est calme et possède des paysages impressionnants. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillis avec un grand sourire et même une ensaïmada. Le logement est magnifique, je n'ai même pas les mots à dire et il y a tellement de place. Je reviendrai certainement !! Merci beaucoup.

We stayed in the house for 5 nights as a family. Sebastiana's reception was wonderful, thank you very much! 🫶 We especially liked the proximity to the beach, central and yet not completely in the hustle and bustle. Shopping is easily accessible, as are restaurants and cafes. Everything as described! Thank you for the flexible check-out time! The house was very clean and spacious. My family enjoyed staying with another family. They provided extra rolls of toilet paper, body wash, hand soap, and a welcome ensaiimada and juices. The hosts were very responsive. It's a 5 minute walk to the lovely Porto Cristo beach. We went for coffee at Can Ramiro just around the corner for delicious espresso drinks and amazing pastries. There are several mini markets nearby including one next door and delicious beachside restaurants. We had a great stay! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we really enjoyed it! We especially appreciated the extra sheets and towels for the two weeks we were there and the extra amenities. :)

We spent 9 days in the house as a family (2 adults and 3 children) in March 2024 and had a great time. There are beautiful common rooms and very spacious individual areas. We also enjoyed using the roof terrace as a quiet area to relax. The kitchen with pantry and small corral is easy to use. You could also stay here for a long time. Great surroundings with a prominent neighborhood, a stone's throw from the sea. Gladly again.

An absolutely beautiful traditional Mallorcan style property! So glad we stayed here rather than a hotel. We immediately felt at home, so spacious, we had everything we needed for our stay, it was warm and comfortable. A character property with lots of features and lovely balconies. Four floors so lots of steps to climb. Fabulous en-suite bathrooms, great showers and plenty of space with vanity mirrors to get ready. Only a few minutes walk from the nearest beach, With lovely views across the harbour. There is a fabulous restaurant called ‘Quince‘ which I can highly recommend, the food is amazing and great friendly service. Supermarket on the doorstep too for the basics, and lots of lovely coves and other beaches just a short drive away. Highly recommended!

The apartment was very close to the beach and restaurants which is very convenient. I would recommend staying here. We stayed with our two teenagers and a friend of our son. For teenagers who want to go out to Cala Millor, it is close by... Thank you for a great stay.

We felt very comfortable. With a large family you can live wonderfully there. The beach can be reached in 4 minutes on foot. Communication with the problems and the elimination of the same was also immediate and binding. The owners are very kind and friendly! Thank you for the great time!

Very nice house decorated in a typically Spanish style, close to the beach, quiet and very well equipped. The welcome is very warm. Porto Cristo is an ideal starting point on the south coast. Have a nice summer!

Great location for access to the beach and restaurants in Porto Cristo, and a great launching site for the rest of Mallorca. We particularly enjoyed having our morning coffee at the local Bar Monumento, just down the road. The house was lovely and just as described. We would definitely book again for future trips. Where to start ? The house: The house was absolutely perfect and clean! You will find everything you need in that house. We loved the little balconies on the first and second floors. Also the terrace on the third floor was amazing. Check in and out with Sebastiana was easy. We had to leave very early in the morning, which was not a problem for Sebastiana. The location: perfect for day trips on the southeast coast. You will find incredible beaches in about 15 minutes by car from Portocristo. The little town had some amazing restaurants and bars, one being Faro Gastrobar y Quince, which we highly recommend. With Sailing Porto Cristo we had an amazing day on the boat that is located directly in the center of the port. If you decide to visit Portocristo, I can recommend this house! ❤️ Thanks again! It was a nice stay. The house, very large, heated allows you to live comfortably with your family. The situation is exceptional. You can book with your eyes closed. Thanks for everything!

We were a group of 6 people to spend the holidays and the truth is that we have been delighted with the attention received at all times, from the reception to the last moment of returning the key. The house is great and has everything, it is also easy to park in the area. Totally recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in Porto Cristo. The house is immaculate and very well cared for. There is plenty of space to relax and a nice breeze throughout the house during the day. The location is perfect, a short walk from the beach and nearby restaurants and shops, and on a quiet block, so it's not too central. Sebastiana welcomed us, showed us the house and answered all our questions during our stay, very responsive. We wish we could have stayed longer! Regards, Sandy and Michael Benavides
